Refund policy

• We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. 
• Returns can be sent to Schmooks Pty Ltd, PO Box 3163, Weston Creek, ACT, 2611, Australia.
• We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is not lost in transit. 
• The refund amount will be less the shipping charge.  
• The refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment.
• Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. International refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
