Where are Schmooks wall stickers made?
Schmooks products are designed, printed, packed, and posted from our studio in Canberra, Australia.
What are your wall decals made from?
Our wall stickers for kids are crafted from a premium polyester woven fabric. They have a soft, fabric-like finish. They are PVC-free and printed with Greenguard Certified water-based ink, making them ideal for decorating for children's bedrooms.
Are your wall stickers vinyl?
No, our wall stickers are a beautiful soft luxe material, not vinyl.
Can I use the stickers on Washable/Teflon-based paint?
We do not recommend placing wall stickers on Washable/Teflon paint, as it repels the adhesive. If in doubt, prime your walls before applying your wall stickers.
A primer for washable paint is available here. The primer has a clear, matt finish and is simple to apply.
I am unsure about type of paint on my walls, can I still use the wall stickers?
Yes, when in doubt, always prime your walls to ensure your wall stickers last.

Can I take my wall stickers with me when I move?

Will the wall stickers damage my walls?
Schmooks wall stickers are very gentle on walls and perfect for renters. It is important to follow the instructions included with your product, including ensuring that your walls have one undercoat and two top coats. We do not recommend placing the wall stickers on walls where paint surface is compromised, flaky or bubbling. If in doubt, please purchase a sample to try on your wall prior to purchase. You can purchase you sample here.

An absolutely stunning addition to my daughter's 'big girl' room. Fantastic quality and was easy to remove and restick until we got it just right - the rainbow was a bit fiddly to put up but we got there! It finishes off the room so well, my daughter and I both adore it.
Used these to decorate our baby's nursery. Excellent quality, lovely design and very easy to use. Very happy and the nursery looks beautiful!
Looks great! I love it
Beautiful design and great quality but found the rainbow very hard to put up as it was very large and came in one piece!
Really disappointed. I ordered from you guys as previously the quality was next level. I see you are using a new material and it is awful to try to stick. Sadly a very very disappointed customer.
